The Event
  • Delegate lists will not be sent out prior to the event.
  • Please be aware it is prohibited to distribute any leaflets or literature, with the exception of personal business cards, at our events. Anyone seen doing so will have their literature removed by the organisers.
  • Photos/videos will be taken at events and used in social media activity & post event publicity. Should you not want to be included in photos/videos, please make the event administrator aware on the day of the event.
  • Whilst we endeavour to ensure the attendance of our advertised speakers, we cannot be held responsible for any last-minute changes and refunds will not be available.
ESSEX CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION TO ALL OR PART OF ANY EVENT.
Bookings
  • Each ticket is for ONE attendee only, please book per person attending.
  • Only TWO attendees can attend per company.
  • PLEASE NOTE: You must pre-register in order to attend on the day. You cannot register on the day.
Cancellation
  • Please notify the events team to cancel your booking at your earliest opportunity.
  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing to the events team at events@essexchambers.co.uk.
  • There is no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace an existing attendee. Please inform us as soon as possible.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any event at any time without liability. In the unlikely event of this happening delegates would be offered an alternative date.
